The Operating company receives 10 % of the areas for the organization of all this work in got object.

The control over the organization and carrying out of painting and decorating on Object, tenancy of the areas of Object, maintenance service and protection of a premise, interaction with tenants and gathering of a rent and payment to its Investors, interaction with other proprietors of a building, authorities and the decision of all other tasks necessary for uninterrupted functioning Object.
Cost of works on management of Object will be manages to participants of the Project as much as possible in 15 % from the sum of the incomes received from tenants.
All participants at a stage of preparation and realization of the Project are as much as possible protected from financial losses. The documentation of the Project is developed in strict conformity with current legislation of RB.
